folositi o ciocolata de buna calitate pentru ca aceasta va influenta gustul negresei...

250 ml apa rece
1 lingura maragrina sau unt
2 linguri de faina amestecate cu 50 ml apa
3 plicuri z.v

asteptam sa dea in fiert amestecul dupa care se aduga faina si amestecam bine...
se pune iar pe foc pana da intr-un clocot apoi se da la o parte si se inglobeaza galbenusirile amestecand energic...
cat timp sta pe foc se amesteca, continuu... toppingul obtinut trebuie sa fie ca o smantana mai subtire asa...
