250 ml. frisca lichida
150 gr. zahar
120 gr. nuci zdrobite bucati ai mari
Decor:
250 ml. frisca
50 gr. ciocolata alba
bucati mici de zahar ars
am prajit/ rumenit nucile in cuptor apoi le-am macinat

albusurile se separa de galbenusuri si se bat spuma cu zaharul...
apoi se adauga nucile macinate si faina...

se incorporeaza usor amestecand de sus in jos...

se tapeteaza fundul unei tavi de copt blaturi de tort -diametru: 24 cm
se da la cuptorul preincalzit timp de 20-25 de min...
se pregatesc pe rand toate cele trei foi...si se lasa la racit ...

untul se mixeaza intr-un bol si crema rece se adauga lingura cu lingura pana se incorporeaza toata...

zaharul se topeste la foc mic, se caramelizeaza usor avand grija sa nu se arda...si se toarna in strat subtire pe o foaie de copt...

cand zaharul se raceste... se pune intr-o punga si se striveste bine cu sucitorul...
