50 de grame de margarina la temperatura camerei se folosesc la acoperirea completa a tavii...

se acopera cu zahar margarina... cam 30 gr. -mi s-a parut un pic cam dulce pt gustul meu, mai ales ca nu imi plac deserturile foarte dulci...deci daca vreti mai putin dulce acoperiti margarina in strat mai subtire de zahar ( daca aveti alte fructe care sunt si ele dulci, reduceti cantitatea de zahar)

am amestecat la mixer galbenusurile cu restul de zahar (200 gr. puteti pune 170 gr. daca o vreti mai putin dulce) si zaharul vanilescu...

se da la cuptorul preincalzit timm de 30 de min... pt ca am schimbat cuptorul, va sfatuiesc sa verificati prajitura cand e gata cu ajutorul unei scobitori si cand se aureste usor deasupra...

mi s-a parut ca visinile si siropul... alcatuiesc o dulceata minunata... care face casa buna cu restul aluatului...siropul se va infiltra usor in aluat...

Vreau reteta, vreau reteta, oare merge si cu piersici???Am niscaiva piersici si se pare ca s-au copt prea tare si nimeni nu mai vrea sa le pape , trebuie sa le fac de-o praji, daca da, incerc varianta ta, daca nu, merg pe o budinca de orez, poop:)
Craita, incearca si cu piersici, n-are de ce sa nu iasa. te pup, spor la prajiturit
