deseara s-a facut... o saptamana...:))
ma iertati va rog frumos, ce-i drept scoala s-a terminat dar eu tot mai am de invatat, dau examene...nu se mai termina!:D
si in seara de duminica, cand ar fi trebui sa postez, am avut parte de o pana de curent de circa o ora...frumos, frumos...:)))
reteta asta are mare trecere in familia mea... si in randul prietenilor... n-am dat niciodata gres cu ea.. pt ca sincer pana si celor ce nu iubesc cafeaua tot le smulg o exclamatie de genul: "da, bun mai este!" :D
l-am executat si sub forma de torturi pt diferite onomastici! a fost laudat si prea laudat!
nu am folosit reteta originala cu lichior de Marsala, albusuri de ou... eu am adaptat putin reteta pe care am preluat-o de la o super fata,

galbenusurile se freaca bine cu zaharul intr-un vas rezistent la foc, pe care ulterior il vom pune pe bain marie...

apoi se adauga laptele amestecand bine cu ajutorul unui tel...sa nu faca gogoloase...

vasul se pune pe bain-marie...(vasul se pune deasupra unei cratite cu apa care fierbe ;) )
se amesteca bine pana cand se obtine o crema destul de groasa... e gata atunci cand va lasa urma clara pe fundul vasului...

piscoturile... se monteaza intr-o tava(daca e de yena, cu atat mai bine)... in mod normal primul strat trebuie sa fie de crema... asa ca puteti monta o folie alimentara si sa adaugati crema apoi piscoturile...
eu m-am scutit de chin si am pus primul strat de piscoturi...

dupa ce am pus si ultimul strat... am acoperit cu folie de aluminiu si am dat la frigider pt min 6 ore...
se rastoarna pe un platou ...(va ajutati de lama unui cutit, pe care il treceti in interiorul formei pe laturi...ca sa se desprinda mai usor...)
pudrati bine cu cacao...
