700 gr. carne tocata de porc si pui (amestec)- puteti folosi vita in locul puiului, mi se par cam grase numai cu carne de porc)
sunca afumata/kaizer afumat- da un gust mirobolant sarmalelor!
1 ceapa marisoara
2 oua
300 ml bulion/suc de rosii
1 ceasca de orez de sarmale cu bob rotund
marar
patrunjel
vegeta
cimbru- da un gust minunat!
nu in ultimul rand, varza murata!

cand ceapa s-a aurit usor, se adauga bulionul amestecat cu o ceasca de apa...
cand da in fiert se adauga orezul spalat in mai multe ape, scurs... se amesteca usor si constant cu ajutorul unei linguri de lemn pana se umfla!

sa folositi o tigaie incapatoare...ca de orezul se umfla nu se joaca!:D
orezul se lasa sa se raceasca...
intr-un castron se pun impreuna carnea, oualele, verdeata, vegeta, piperul...

asa... uratorul pas... am taiat fasii de varza in prealabil...le-am pregatit...frunze cat de cat netede...restul de varza l-am taiat marunt si am pus pe fundul oalei de lut...
mie imi plac sarmalutele mai marisoare... am pus carnea pe foaia de varza, lateralu se pliaza in interior...
