stiu ca sunt n feluri de retete de negresa, care mai de care... reteta mea nu e iesita din comun, o fac de ani buni si am imbunatatit-o tinand cont de cerintele celor din casa :D
negresa mea nu e inecacioasa, nici uscata ... nici nu trebuie sa bei doua pahare de apa sau lapte ca sa alunece mai usor pe gat...cine stie...cunoaste ce zic eu :D
va imparatsesc ce face ca negresa asta sa fie atat de laudata si apreciata:
o insiropez usor cu un sirop pe baza de apa, zahar si rom
apoi torn sosul de cacao, o dau la frigider... si credeti-ma ca dupa o zi de stat la racoare unde se imbina aromele si gusturile nu te poti opri la un singura portie!:D

3 linguri de cacao (cu cat cacaoa este mai buna cu atat prajitura iese mai buna)
200 gr unt
1 si 1/2 pahar faina
5 oua
2 plicuri cu zahar vanilat
1 praf de copt
o mana buna de stafide imbaiate in rom
nuci prajite si maruntite
optional: frisca
sirop: apa, zahar, rom

se pune laptele cu zaharul si cacaoa intr-o cratitza pe foc si se amesteca pana incepe sa fiarba... lasati pe foc cateva minute... rezulatatul va fi un sos de consistenta unui sos subtire...dati la rece...

sosul se va ingrosa... nu va ramanea asa subtire... daca ramane pe a doua zi, abia mai puteti invarti lingura in el...
untul se freca bine cu mixerul...cateva minute bune... daca lasa apa, aruncati-o!
mi s-a intamplat de cateva ori sa scot si o ceasca de apa dintr-un pachet de unt... atat de bun era! sa foloiti un unt de buna calitate!

se amesteca cu 3/4 din sosul de cacao, iar 1/4 se opreste pt pus deasupra!( de multe ori dublez cantintatea sosului, ca sa am sa pun cu generozitate deasupra)
Sosul sa fie rece, altfel se taie... compozitia!
