intre timp am pregatit sosul pt ele:
300- 400 gr zmeura
2 linguri de zahar
1 lingura suc de lamaie- am pus esenta in loc, nu o lingur aci o lingurita...
50 ml vin alb dulce

o lingura de zahar am pus la caramelizat...pt ca din greseala am pus o lingura de zahar peste fructe :D
cand zaharul s-a caramelizat, deci topit complet... am stins cu esenta de lamaie ( daca puneti suc de lamaie, sa aveti grija ca va sari din vas, atentie sa nu va opariti) apoi am turnat vinul...aici a sfarait, esenta fiind ulei nu a facut reactie cu zaharul incins...
se adauga zmeura si se da intr-un clocot...

textura e moale, pufoasa, nu uitati ca are la baza ricotta... aduce a o prajiturea cu branza...
tips: daca atunci cand preparati compozitia vi se pare ca aluatul e prea gros, subtiati cu un pic de lapte, grisul va avea grija sa absoarbe tot :)
