gust dulce acrisor, usora si pe caldurile mari ale verii , se savureaza cu placere!
ingredientele de mai jos sunt pt 1200 gr. rubarba, eu am avut 500 gr. si am calculat...regula de 3 simpla alea alea :))

80 ml apa
1 plic z.v
2 linguri apa calda

se pun ingredientele pe foc, se toarna peste fructe, se acopera tava cu folie si se da 35-40 min la cuptor
se lasa la racit...
Sosul din tava se strecoara,se pune pe foc si cand inceape sa fiarba se adauga 1 lingura de amidon dizolvat in 2 linguri de apa rece. ( in loc de amidon, am pus jeleu rosu )
abia scos de la cuptor, am tinut 40 de min si rubarba se inmuiase destul de mult.

Ingredientele la pozat:
480g de firimituri de graham ( am pus biscuiti petit-beure)
60g zahar
80g unt topit
1 lingura cacao ( eu nu am pus, nu-mi place cacao cu fructe acrisoare)
Se amesteca si se face un blat care se intinde si se preseaza cu mana in tava de tarta.
Crema:
60g crema de branza
60g branza mascarpone
3 linguri zahar
1 lingura coaja lamaie
1 lingurita vanilie
