merele se curata si se taie cubulete... eu le-am pus la microunde pt 5 min...pana s-au inmuiat putin si s-au curatat mult mult mai repede...faceti cum va vine bine :)
oulele se bat bine cu zaharul, zaharul vanilescu, aromele si sarea... apoi se toarna laptele...

Intradevar arata foarte bine.
Am incercat si noi o reteta mai simpla de crema de zahar ars. Suntem curiosi ce parere Diamond.
Este delicios tortul asta, l-am facut si eu zilele trecute, doar ca am pus merele intregi. Oricum, rezultatul e minunat, foarte bun si racoritor. Felicitari!
