taica-meu prefera fasolea alba fara bulion sau paste de tomate...al meu barbat a spus ca e buna dar sa folosesc soiul cu bob mic, asa ca la mama:))
mie imi place sa aiba legume, sa aiba si bulion si sa o prajesc in tigaie... cand era mancarea gata :))asa imi facea mama
eu recomand multa afumatura si ardeeei copti...iuhuuuu :D

ca sa evitati balonarile si alte probleme :)... va recomand sa schimbati apa in care fierbe fasolea...
de mai multe ori... cam de 3 ori...dupe ce fierbe 10 minute, scurgeti apa si turnati peste fasole apa clocotita ...
cand schimbati a treia apa... adaugati ciolanul afumat, o ceapa taiata in patru si frunzele de dafin...
acoperiti totul cu un capac si lasati sa fiarba la foc min pana e gata fasolea... 40 min-1h... la mine a fiert repede ca era deja umflata...

se adauga pasta de rosii...daca vreti puteti pune mai putin...diluata in putina apa in care a fiert fasolea...
adaugati prajeala de legume peste fasolea scursa de apa .... sau invers...
amestecati totul si lasati la fiert sub capac 10-15 min...
potriviti de gust cu sare si piper...si tarhon daca va imbie gustul...
deasupra am presarat patrunjel tocat fin...
